Brian White Victim's Family Refuses Money From Him.

The family of the Victor Bwiire who was recently shot by jailbird Brian White has refused to settle the matter out of court, Howwe has been informed.

Through his representatives, Brian White suggested that he covers his medical bill at International Hospital Kampala (IHK) where is currently receiving treatment but his family refused the assistance and his money. They want Brian White to be punished accordingly for his behavior.
 
Bwiire is said to be a policeman with several connections in government. It is rumored that he is a relative to Prime Minister Ruhakana Rugunda.
