After a moment of suspense on whether city Bryan Kiruma ‘White’ could fulfill his pledge as promised of clearing singer Mowzey Radio’s hospital bills, the pencil sized socialite has on Friday 26th January 2018 fulfilled his promise paying off UGX 25million to Case Clinic hospital as the singer’s charges.
